Event payments will be refunded if attendance is canceled in writing or acknowledged email 14 days before the event.* A $10 processing fee will be charged.
*We cannot guarantee that an email that you send will necessarily reach us so that we ask you to look for an acknowledgement of your refund application before you consider it submitted. Written applications for refunds will be accepted if postmarked 14 days before an event.
